The health tools on this site, including the protein calculator, bedtime planner, sleep apnea screener, heart numbers checker, screening checklist, and mental health check-in, run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored by us. When you close or reload the page, your answers are gone.
We don't use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
If you subscribe, your email address is stored by the email service we use to send the newsletter. We use it only to send the newsletter and closely related messages, such as a welcome email or a downloadable resource you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future sends.
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you send, through the form service we use. We use it only to reply and to act on your message, such as a correction. Please don't include personal health details in your message.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability.
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the newsletter and contact form, as described above, or if required by law.
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To ask about, correct, or delete information you've sent us, contact us.
If we change how we handle information, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
